About the Recipe
The story: Black Garlic takes 12 days to ferment, and after that time ends up with a delicious toasted-molasses flavor, unlike any other. Partner the black garlic with gentle fruit juices and a bit of spice...next thing you know you have the perfect balance of sweet-heat that goes great on ribs, chicken and....you guessed it...Vanilla ICECREAM! Kissometer level: Beware of the kiss that bites back.
