24 cherry tomatoes
Basil- 1/4 cup
Garlic – 1/4 cup
Olive oil- 1/8 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Walnuts- 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Vegan Parmesan 1/4 cup
Preparation
Directions
1.     Core tomatoes and slice on bottom so won’t roll
2.     Blend all other ingredients in food processor.
3.     Stuff tomatoes with pesto. Can use gallon bag to pipe into tomatoes.
4.     Serve on serving tray.
